I opened Bravas food truck in 2011 to combine my love of food with a desire to reach Fort Wayne's younger crowd.
Bravas offered gourmet, one-of-a-kind hot dogs like the Snoop Dogg and the Gringo. After three years of success, I decided to add a brick-and-mortar store that specializes in gourmet burgers and the freshest ingredients.
Though my mantra is simple, to put out the best food that I can put out and just see what happens, my commitment to quality and service is not. I desire to provide great local ingredients alongside friendly Hoosier Hospitality and that has made Bravas a favorite local spot, and hopefully the first place Fort Wayne locals suggest to visitors.
