Destination management organizations evolve and change over time, as do the communities they serve. Thriving in this ever-changing environment is often a challenge. The goal of the ITA Research & Planning Program is to support organizations with cost-effective services to help them remain nimble, aware, future-facing and connected to the communities they represent. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis throughout the year.
